This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies that NP Labs Ltd (company number 16053245, registered office 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX) uses across the Nanvero website and app. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which covers your personal data more broadly.
The short version
When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline analytics cookies. Nothing non-essential loads until you accept — if you decline, we do not load analytics at all, and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice whenever you like from the Cookie preferences button on this page. We use cookies only to understand how the product is used — never for advertising, retargeting, or building profiles about you.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file a site stores on your device so it can remember something between page loads — here, your cookie choice and anonymous usage measurement. Some of the technologies below are not cookies in the strict sense (for example values kept in your browser’s local storage), but we treat them the same way and gate them behind the same consent.
Essential — always on
A small number of items are strictly necessary to run the service and do not require consent, because without them the site simply would not work:
- Your cookie choice — we remember whether you accepted or declined (stored in your browser as
nanvero-consent) so we don’t ask on every visit. This is set by your choice, not before it. - Sign-in session — once you log in to the app, a secure session cookie keeps you signed in. It is removed when you sign out.
Analytics — only if you accept
When you accept, we load Google Tag Manager, which in turn runs Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. These measure how the website and app are used — which pages are popular, how visitors move through them, and where things are confusing — so we can improve them. They set cookies such as:
- Google Analytics —
_ga,_ga_*,_gid,_gat: distinguish visitors and sessions and limit request rates. Typically expire after a session up to about two years. - Microsoft Clarity —
_clck,_clsk: connect page views into a session for aggregate usage and heatmap insight. Typically expire after a session up to about a year.
These are analytics cookies, not advertising cookies — we do not build advertising profiles or run retargeting pixels. Our fonts are served from our own domain rather than fetched from Google Fonts, so simply loading a page does not send a request to Google for typography. If you have told us you are the account owner/operator, we exclude your own activity from these analytics.
Changing your mind
Use the Cookie preferences button below to reopen the banner and switch between accept and decline. If you decline after previously accepting, we clear the analytics cookies listed above from your device. You can also control or block cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using Google’s browser opt-out add-on. Blocking cookies will not stop you from using Nanvero.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Nanvero develops or as the tools we use change. When we do, we will revise the date above and, for significant changes, make them more prominent.
