Your travel, run for you.
You just turn up.
With Nanvero Executive, your assistant builds your trips and keeps your points in order from their own login, with only the access you give them. You open Nanvero and the trip is there, and you can see every change they made.
What is Nanvero Executive?
Delegated travel management for one person. Up to two people you trust, such as an assistant or an EA, sign in with their own logins and run your trips and points inside your account, with only the access you grant and every change listed for you to see.
They sign in as themselves, and work in your account.
Your assistant uses their own Nanvero login and switches into your account from the account menu. A banner tells them whose account they're in and what they can do. There's no password to hand over or change when they move on, and when you revoke access it stops on their next click.
London Nov 16 – 19
They can see the itinerary without seeing the balances.
You decide, for trips and for points separately, whether a delegate has no access, view only, or can manage. Let them build trips while your points stay private, or open both. Your billing, sign-in and settings, including forwarding, stay yours, whatever access you give.
Sofia's access you set it
Every change, with a name on it.
Your account lists the changes made from a delegate's login: who, what and when. So a hand-over is clean, a question has an answer, and you never wonder whether a booking came from you or from them. That matters more with someone you hire than with someone you live with.

Questions, answered.
Executive is Nanvero Pro for one person, plus delegated travel management: up to two people you trust, such as an assistant or an EA, manage your trips and points from their own logins, with only the access you grant.
No. They sign in with their own Nanvero login, which can be a free account, and accept your invite. Your Executive plan is what lets them into your account.
You set trips and points separately: no access, view only, or view and manage. With manage access to trips they can add bookings, upload documents and share a trip; with manage access to points they can add and update your programs and balances. Your billing, sign-in and settings, including forwarding, are never theirs, on any permission.
Yes, with manage access to your trips. While they're in your account, Trips shows your own Nanvero forwarding address. Anything they forward there from their email lands in your trips, not theirs, and shows in your list of changes with their name. It adds bookings and documents, never balances.
If their access is view only or has been removed, the forward isn't added and they get an email saying why. Forwards to their usual Nanvero address still land in their own account.
Your account lists the changes made from a delegate's login, with their name and when it happened. While they're in your account, they see a banner saying whose account it is and what access they have.
No. Executive is one account holder plus up to two delegates. To put several travelers on one bill, each with their own login, choose Household.
Revoking takes effect on their next click. If your Executive plan lapses, delegate access pauses without being deleted, and resumes when you subscribe again.
Worth about an hour a month.
Executive is $29.90 a month, roughly an hour of an assistant's time, to keep your whole travel life in order. Charged in your own currency, cancel anytime. Traveling as a family? See Household.
