Pro is one account with every tool unlocked; it can track a family's balances as labels within that one account. Household ($24.99/mo or $199/yr) gives up to five people their own private logins on one bill, then pools the points across those real accounts for shared redemption planning.
Executive ($36.99/mo or $299/yr) is for one person whose travel is run by someone they trust — an assistant, an EA or a family member. One delegate gets their own login with only the access you grant, you can see the changes they make, and access ends in one click. It includes everything in Pro, plus Nanvero Business for your company's reward programs; it is not a family plan — for several travelers on one bill, choose Household.
Yes. Every plan is cancel-anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and you keep the free tier (your balances and curated offers) if you step down. Billing is handled in your own currency at checkout.
Every new annual plan purchase comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee — cancel within 14 days of the charge and it is refunded in full.
