Nanvero keeps your loyalty balances, elite status and trips in one place. Seats.aero finds award availability. Connecting the two answers the question neither answers alone: is there a seat, and can my points already pay for it?
What it does
Once connected, two searches appear in Nanvero’s Playbook, both run through your own Seats.aero account:
- Award seats on real dates — pick the airports, a date range and a cabin, and see which dates Seats.aero has seen award availability on, and in which mileage programs.
- Award nights on real dates — pick a place and your check-in dates, and see the hotels with award nights at Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Marriott, Choice, Wyndham and I Prefer.
Every result is checked against the balances you track in Nanvero: it says whether your own points cover it, whether a transfer from a card currency would (and how many points that takes), or how far short you are. Each result is marked Data from seats.aero, with a link to seats.aero.
What you need
- A Seats.aero Pro subscription. The connection uses your Seats.aero account, so it only works while your subscription is active.
- A Nanvero plan that includes Playbook (Pro, Household or Executive).
How to connect
- In Nanvero, open Settings and find Seats.aero award availability.
- Choose Connect Seats.aero. You’re taken to Seats.aero’s own sign-in and consent screen.
- Approve access there. You come straight back to Nanvero, and the searches appear in Playbook.
You never give Nanvero your Seats.aero password — you sign in on Seats.aero’s own page, and Seats.aero gives Nanvero a token. Seats.aero’s consent screen lists everything that token allows, including viewing your name and email and creating alerts; Nanvero uses it only to run the searches you ask for.
Your Seats.aero allowance
Searches count against your own Seats.aero allowance — 1,000 calls a day for flights and 1,000 for hotels, shared with any other use of your Seats.aero API access. Nanvero only searches when you ask it to: it runs nothing in the background and sets up no alerts.
What Nanvero stores
Only the token Seats.aero issues, encrypted, so your searches can run. We don’t keep your Seats.aero name or email, and search results are shown to you and never stored. The full details are in our privacy policy.
Disconnecting
Choose Disconnect on the same card in Settings. We delete the token immediately, which ends Nanvero’s access. To remove Nanvero from your Seats.aero account as well, open Apps in your Seats.aero settings. Deleting your Nanvero account deletes the token too.
Good to know
- Seats.aero’s data is cached, not live. Each result says when it was last seen, and award seats can disappear quickly — always check with the airline or hotel before you transfer points, because transfers usually can’t be undone.
- Prices are in points: one way and per person for flights, and per night for hotels. Taxes and fees are not included.
- Some programs aren’t covered by Seats.aero, including British Airways Avios, Cathay Pacific, ANA and JAL, and hotel availability doesn’t include Accor or Meliá.
- Seats.aero is a separate company. Nanvero isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by Seats.aero, or by any airline or hotel group.
