How do I move from AwardWallet to Nanvero?
Plus members upload AwardWallet's Excel export; free members select their account list on AwardWallet, copy it and paste it in. Balances, expiry dates and elite status come across in about a minute, programs you already track are updated rather than duplicated, and Nanvero never asks for a loyalty password.
Three steps, no passwords.
- 01
Copy or export your list
On Plus, download your accounts as an Excel file from AwardWallet. On AwardWallet's free plan, open your account list, select it and copy it.
- 02
Drop it into Nanvero
Upload the file or paste the list. Before anything is saved you see every program with its balance, expiry date and status.
- 03
Pick what to bring
Untick anything you don't want. Programs you already track are updated, not duplicated. Free holds three programs; Pro takes them all.

Yes. You don't need the Excel export. Open your account list on AwardWallet, select it, copy it and paste it into Nanvero. It reads the programs, balances, expiry dates and status from the pasted text, and shows you everything before it saves.

No. Nanvero never signs in to a loyalty account. It reads the statements and booking emails your programs already send, either forwarded by you or from a Gmail or Outlook mailbox you connect read-only on a paid plan.
Nanvero Free covers three programs, with balances, expiry dates and alerts, and progress to your next tier. Pro is $99 a year for unlimited programs, every route to status, the steps that keep each balance alive, trips and cards. Household is $199 a year for up to five people.
It refreshes balances automatically, including for programs that never email a statement. It covers more than 600 programs, has an Android app, and Plus draws a balance history chart. If those matter most to you, AwardWallet is still a good tool.
