Hyatt award nights cost 3,000 to 75,000 points on the five-tier chart that started on 20 May 2026: each of eight categories has Lowest, Low, Moderate, Upper and Top prices set by demand. Book the free-night rate on hyatt.com; points stays carry no resort fee, and Chase points top up a balance at 1:1 or 4:3 depending on the card.

Since April 2026 primary United cardmembers pay at least 10% fewer miles on United flights. Awards can be changed or canceled free before departure, and Star Alliance partners can be booked with the same miles.
