Do Alaska miles expire?
No. Alaska dropped its 24-month inactivity rule in April 2023, and under the renamed Atmos Rewards program the terms state points have no expiration date and may remain in an account indefinitely. An idle Alaska balance is safe, so the only real risk to it is program devaluation.

It is the only program reaching American, Alaska, Southwest and United alongside all four major hotels, Hilton, IHG, Marriott and Hyatt. Only Accor (3:2) and Preferred Hotels (1:2) differ.
